The t-shirt design will be used on all apparel, social media, website, posters, programs, banners, and promotional items etc.

T-Shirt Design

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT FOR 2026
This year's theme is centered around the United States' 250th Birthday Celebration. Please use the USA theme colors and continue to follow the design guidelines below.

  1. The design must include game elements of softball and/or softball players. 

  2. It must include the name of the tournament: Coldwater Multiple Donations Softball Tournament

  3. It should include the letters MD as part of the design.

  4. It must include the tournament year, 2026.

  5. It must also include the current annual tournament, 46th Annual

  6. The location of the tournament is optional, but should say, Coldwater, OH

  7. The design will be used on our apparel, website, posters, programs, banners etc.  

  8. The color of the t-shirt has been selected by the MD committee and provided as part of the design contest.  From there, you can include accent colors in your t-shirt design. We can print in either 2-color or 3-color. 

  9. We’ve tentatively selected the hoodie and long‑sleeve T‑shirt colors. If any are unavailable, we’ll choose a comparable color that fits the design.


File Formats

  1. jpg, png, or pdf.  If your design is selected an eps file may be needed.  If you are not able to create one, our committee can create one for you.

Supporting Material

  1. If your design is chosen we may ask for a basic color guide or other information as needed.  Changes to the design may be requested by the committee.
