Sponsor Program Details

  1. Complete the online sponsor form accessible at the top of this page, to confirm your sponsorship. A confirmation email will be sent with further details. Your support, at any level, will be immensely appreciated!

  2. Payments can be sent to:

Program: The artwork can be a standard logo or something customized to reflect any of your business initiatives, such as recruiting, sales, etc.  The program will be on white paper using black ink (no color).  If the artwork is not submitted on the sponsor form, it can be sent at a later time to coldwatermdsoftball@gmail.com

  4. Banners - The artwork can be a standard logo or something customized to reflect any of your business initiatives, such as recruiting, sales, etc. The banner will be white in color, using colored ink.  If the artwork is not submitted on the sponsor form it can be sent at a later time to coldwatermdsoftball@gmail.com

  5. All sponsorship donations and artwork must be received by June 1st to be eligible for the 2026 sponsorship program. Any donations or artwork received after this date will be carried over into the following year's sponsorship program.
