Please submit your sponsorship commitment through this form by April 18th

All donations and artwork must be received by June 1st to be eligible for the 2026 sponsorship program. 
Any donations or artwork received after this date will be carried over into the 2027 sponsorship program.

The Grand Slam (Largest Donation) Sponsor(s) will be determined once all sponsor amounts are in.  Choose the Home Run sponsor level below to qualify for the Grand Slam sponsorship

If you don't have all of your artwork or logo now, no worries, you can send it at a later time via email. We would like to have as much artwork up front if possible.  All artwork must be received by June 1st.
